ABOUT ReySam

The Promoter Mr. Prashant Shete started Samarth Engineering Services in 1997 with rich experience of various manufacturing processes during his long 14 years of association with Kirloskar group.

Initially, SES was engaged in Precision Tool Room work and small production batches. This also included the development and supply of Heat Sinks in various models for U.S. giant Hewlett Packard. Sensing the changing scenarios in the manufacturing sector, CNC machines were added to produce large volumes at competitive prices. This enabled us to set up a diverse manufacturing base and work for Automotive and Industrial Sectors, Hydraulics and Power Transmission. In 2015, we started Renuka Precision to supply customers in Belgaum, which grew in proportion to Samarth Engineering Services. About the same time, we started supplying assemblies to auto giants Volvo. In 2020, we added Quick Release Pins and Dedent Pins to our range of products. In the same year, our sister units Renuka Precision and Samarth Engineering Services merged to form the flagship company ReySam.

Our expertise is in understanding the product and establishing its manufacturing processes with finer details like process mapping, selection of required tooling, and appropriate quality procedures. All our processes align to Lean Manufacturing and help us to deliver the product at a competitive cost and result in higher customer satisfaction.

This methodology has given us opportunities to work for various domestic and multinational clients in diversified engineering fields like Automobile, Hydraulics, Electrical/Electronic, Steel making Industry and enriched us with priceless knowledge in our quest of learning.
